Refund Policy for Virtual Chips

Do to the nature of the products we cannot accept returns after the chips have been placed in your poker account.
But if for any reason through any fault of ours you cannot access your purchased chips we will transfer as many chips into a new account for you. After your order has been fully processed and you have received confirmation from us, If you do not see your purchased chips in your poker account then you must contact us within 24 hours to start a trouble ticket.
Once we confirm that the chips are not in your account then we will transfer as many chips into your account as initially purchased. Our goal is to satisfy every costumer and we will do everthing that we can to make sure you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
